Sneha Rakesh started her professional journey with a modest salary of Rs 3000. Today, she is the CEO of Akarmaxs Tech Private Limited, a tech company worth Rs 250 crore.

Sneha Rakesh faced numerous challenges in her early life. She grew up in an environment where financial stability seemed like a distant dream. However, she was dedicated towards her studies with hopes of improving her life. Sneha pursued a diploma in Computer Science and embarked on her professional career.

First job experience

Sneha Rakesh took up a job in Bangalore with a modest salary of Rs 3000. Surviving in this metropolitan city with this salary was immensely difficult. During this challenging period, her determination was put to test. 

While doing her job, Sneha Rakesh also juggled freelance projects alongside honing her English language skills. Her relentless commitment to self-improvement helped her become a successful entrepreneur. 

 

Striking a balance

Amidst the difficulties, Sneha Rakesh also pursued a BTech degree, maintaining a balance between her academic pursuits and professional responsibilities. She embarked on her entrepreneurial journey in the year 2012. Utilizing some personal savings and loans, she started a company, which eventually evolved into Akarmaxs Tech Private Limited. 

Today, Sneha Rakesh’s company Akarmaxs Tech Private Limited has a presence in major cities like Bangalore, Dubai, London, and Singapore. The company’s services include software development, digital transformation and more.

Recognition

Gradually, with her perseverance, Sneha was able to establish her company into a business worth crores of rupees. She made it happen by never giving in to setbacks and continuing on her path with much dedication. Notably, she is also involved in philanthropic endeavours. 

Sneha Rakesh’s transition from being an office employee to becoming an entrepreneur is truly inspirational. Her business endeavours have also been acknowledged at prestigious forums like the European Parliament. Today, her company has a valuation of Rs 250 crore.
