Harsh Kumar Bhanwala’s appointment as an Independent Director is awaiting the approval of shareholders. As per reports, his appointment will be effective from 25 January 2024 to 24 January 2027. He currently holds the position of non-executive chairman at Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX). In the past, Harsh Kumar has served as the Chairman and MD of IIFCL. He is also a board member of IIM Rohtak and Bayer Crop Science Limited.
