Gangaram Chauhan’s innovation of cycle flour mill machine comes with a lot of benefits. It has the capacity of grinding 10 kgs of flour in 45 minutes while ensuring your body’s well-being. The CM has felicitated Gangaram for his achievement with State Scientist Award.
Gorakhpur: Sometimes years of studying at a university don’t give you such splendid ideas as struggling with a problem would give you. Gangaram Chauhan, a resident of Gorakhpur and a seller of flour, has invented such a device that is earning him praises from everywhere. The traditional flour mill required electricity and the shortage of power in his district made it difficult for him to run his mill to produce flour. This was the reason that he came up with an idea of inventing a machine of his own that runs without any electricity.
Multiple jobs to make money
Gangaram devised some ideas for two months and at last made a cycle flour mill machine, and its speciality is that it can grind any kind of grain in it. The machine runs without power, which saves a lot of his time and manpower.
Gangaram has several other mediums of income; he works on cycle thresher, grain crusher, and makes straws from the leaves of trees, He is aware about the organic farming methods, and decomposes dried leaves and plants to turn them into organic manure for trees.
Through these multiple jobs, Gangaram earns a decent living for his household.
Grinding machine for sale
The mechanics of the working of Gangaram’s machine looks exactly the same as older machines from the outside. The magic happens which is hidden away beneath different plates of the machines. The machine can produce 10 kilograms of flour in a quarter of an hour. And while cycling, it also helps one remain healthy.
Different kinds of grains can be grinded at the same time to produce a mixture of flour. Gangaram mentions that this is a completely safe method which produces nutritious flour. The machine has become so popular among local people that he now receives orders for sale.
Honoured with the State Scientist Award in 2018
A few years ago, Gangaram used to work as a cycle repairer. He had the idea of making this machine from there which completely changed his life. In the past, he had also constructed a unique cycle which was extremely light to carry.
In the year 2018, his efforts were recognized and was awarded with the State Scientist Award by the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh.
