After losing his job during the lockdown, Jitendra decided to start afresh. He initially tried selling vada pav, but the stiff competition and low profits hindered his progress. Then, he came up with a unique idea, combining butter chicken with pav. With guidance from friends and family, and drawing on his culinary skills, he laid the foundation for ‘Food Mafia’.
