Anshika Jain's journey from adversity to achievement is a testament to resilience and determination. Growing up in Delhi, she faced immense challenges early in life, losing both her parents by the age of five. Raised by her grandmother and uncle, Anshika found strength and support in their unwavering belief in her potential. Her grandmother, a teacher, instilled in her the value of education and nurtured her dream of becoming a civil servant.

Anshika pursued her education diligently, completing her B.Com from Ramjas College, Delhi University, all the while preparing for the UPSC exams during her M.Com studies. Despite securing a job in a top multinational company after graduation, she chose to follow her passion for civil services, rejecting the corporate opportunity to focus solely on her UPSC preparation.

Tragically, Anshika lost her grandmother in 2019, a devastating blow that could have deterred her spirit. However, she persisted, immersing herself once again in her studies with renewed determination. Despite facing setbacks and failing to clear the UPSC exams in her initial attempts, she refused to give up.

Her perseverance paid off when she secured AIR-306 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2022 on her fifth attempt, fulfilling her dream of becoming an Indian Police Service officer. Her success not only honors her late grandmother's aspirations but also inspires many with her story of resilience and courage.

Beyond her professional achievements, Anshika Jain made headlines for her personal life as well, marrying fellow IAS officer Vasu Jain in 2023. Her journey exemplifies how strength of character and unwavering commitment can overcome even the toughest of challenges, setting an example for others to follow.
