New Delhi: Leaving a stable job with a high salary to pursue your dreams is quite an enormous task. But Dr Garima Sahni from Gurgaon believed in herself and did the impossible. She left her job to start an entrepreneurship and herself became a job provider. With a small investment in the beginning, now her business is worth Rs 11,400 crore.

 Pristyn Care

Before leaving her job, Dr Garima Sahni was a reputed gynaecologist. She dreamed big and leaving her hospital job behind, started her own clinic named Pristyn Care. She was supported by her husband, Dr Vaibhav. The couple consulted their friend Harsimarbir Singh, who advised them on how to expand their business to other places.

Their sole aim was to provide best quality treatment to people who cannot afford to pay the expensive hospital bills. The expansion was strategically done, clean and vacant places at different hospitals were turned into small medical facilities. Dr Garima and Dr Vaibhav had the financial support of Sequoia Capital; the firm invested in their startup and helped the couple achieve their dream.

Success in three years

The company gained huge growth in just under three years and became a huge and trusted name in the business world. Pristyn Care currently operates in more than forty cities all over the country. The company has successfully partnered with more than 800 hospitals and focuses on expansion to more remote places.

Earning Rs 350 crore in 2022

Currently, Pristyn Care is worth Rs 11,400 crores. The co-founders expect to achieve a revenue of Rs 1000 crore by the end of the financial year 2024. In the year 2022, the company earned Rs 350 crores out of which 60% income was from the surgeries.
