 India test-fires two Prithvi-2 nuclear capable ballistic missiles from Integrated Test Range (ITR) in Odisha's Balasore
 

Bengaluru: In a greater show of India’s nuclear prowess, it test-fired two Prithvi-2 nuclear capable ballistic missiles from Integrated Test Range (ITR) in Odisha's Balasore on Wednesday (16 December) night. 

As per an ANI report, the trials of the Defence Research Development Organisation (DRDO) developed surface-to-surface missiles were successful.

The tests were reportedly conducted in quick succession to reconfirm the operational readiness of the tactical missiles, the website added. 

The tactical nuclear capable missile can strike a target at a range of up to 350 km.
