Pulwama: In yet another suspected terror attack, a woman was killed and another person was injured after unknown gunmen opened fire in Narbal area of Kakapora in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Wednesday.
A police officer said unknown gunmen barged inside the residential house of Nageena Jan, wife of late Mohammad Yousuf Lone, and opened fire upon her.
Nageena suffered critical bullet wounds and died on the spot while another person identified as Jalaluddin Bhufanda also suffered bullet injuries. He was rushed to a nearby health facility and was later shifted to a Srinagar hospital for specialised treatment.
Pertinently, Mohd Yousuf Lone, husband of Nageena Jan was also killed by some unknown gunmen on May 19, 2017.
