Kautilya Kataria of Shajapur, Madhya Pradesh had entered record books as the youngest computer programmer
Bengaluru: Kautilya Kataria is all of 7 years. He hails from Shajapur, Madhya Pradesh.
But what is so special about him?
He has learnt Python computer language and passed an online exam in it.
This is a world record.
He has even registered his name in the Guinness Book of World Records by passing this examination in England at the age of 7 years. Presently, he is currently studying in the city of Northampton, England. He is currently studying in second grade at Wooden Park School. Kautilya's father Ishwaryaprasad Kataria is the vice-president of a private bank there. Kautilya's grandfather BC Kataria has been the District Sports Worm Officer here.
It should be noted that Python is a high-level programming language. It is used in big things.
Impressed with his skills, his grandfather says that his grandson is nothing less than a boon.
He adds that when the schools were closed during the lockdown, he had bought books related to computer programming. After reading them, Kautilya created his own website and even created a game.
The kid has also got job offers. Reports add that Antonio Cangiano, IBM software chief engineer, also sent him congratulations and offered him a job.
Reports further add that Arham Om Talsania of Ahmedabad at 6 years 364 days held the record for the youngest programmer.
But now, Kautilya has achieved this feat in 6 years 346 days. It was his mother who applied online. Kautilya also learned Spanish by studying online.
