New Delhi: One of the world’s most popular game – PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) Mobile received flak from all corners for allegedly becoming an ‘unhealthy obsession’, but many Indians have found an alternate profession in it.

The popularity of the game is such that it has become a full-time profession for many youths. Players are not only honing their skills and learning new skills to participate in the major tournaments but are also live streaming their gameplay.

College students, young professionals who are really good at the game and are often the last man standing to finish the game to earn ‘Chicken Dinner’, are broadcasting their game for their fans on YouTube. They are not only subscribed by millions of people but are even paid for their gameplay.

His team - Soul, were the champions of PUBG Mobile India Series 2019 and had won big prize money. The current roster of Team Soul has Soul Mortal, Soul Viper, Soul Ronak And Soul Owais.

When it comes to live PUBG streamers in India, Mumbai based Aditya Sawant, better known as Dynamo is among the most loved players in the country. He started streaming the game with a handful of live viewers, but now his channel gets more than 1,00,000 live viewers every stream.

One of the most famous YouTuber CarryMinati, also known as Ajey Nagar, is just not a PUBG player but also a vlogger. Faridabad based CarryMinati is known for his epic humour and deadly roasts. Carry had another YouTube channel where he live-streamed Call Of Duty and other games.

The 17-year-old shot to fame through his original YouTube channel, CarryMinati, which has been active since 2014. His subscribers are in love with his unique style of commentary. Nagar dropped out of school to pursue live-streaming. He plans to study further but through open schooling.

25-years-old Inderpal Singh in his about me section on YouTube has written that he looks younger than his age as he has hormonal issues. Singh claims that he stopped going to school when he was only 15 after his father left home and so he had to work to earn his living. It was two years after he started exploring the internet and did online work. Inderpal Singh is not only one of the best Indian gamers but also a social media influencer.

Gareebooo: 923,803 subscribers

The teenage gamer from Kolkata has got to limelight with his humour and gameplay. He is approaching one million subscribers on YouTube. Gareebooo aka Kunal Saraf is also quite popular on Instagram where he shares highlights of the game.

The 19-year old gamer from Mumbai, Pratik Jogiya, has 7.50 lakh subscribers on YouTube. Jogiya’s first-ever Super Chat came in January last year. It was worth Rs 1,000. The highest amount he has made off Super Chats in a week since then is Rs 45,000.
