Hyderabad youth attacked; stabbed to death in London

29- year-old Mohammed Nadeemuddin, who was working in Tesco supermarket, was attacked in the underground parking lot of a mall in Slough, London, by unidentified persons

Hyderabad: A 29-year-old man was attacked and stabbed to death by unidentified people in the parking lot of a mall in Slough, London.

Mohammed Nadeemuddin was reportedly stabbed to death and according to reports, though he was rushed to the hospital, doctors pronounced him dead due to excessive bleeding.

A native of Hyderabad old city’s Noor Khan Bazaar, Nadeemuddin went to London six years ago and was employed in Tesco supermarket. His wife is a doctor in London.

Reports have claimed that the primary attacker appears to be a Pakistani national.

Thames Valley Police have filed a case and a murder investigation is now underway. Detective Superintendent Ian Hunter, the head of the TVF major crimes unit, told The Daily Mail, "This is a shocking incident in which a man has lost his life. Our task now is to find out what happened and bring the offender or offenders to justice. I understand that this incident will cause concern in the community, but I want to reassure all residents that the Major Crime Unit has commenced an extensive investigation. We are already reviewing CCTV footage, taking witness statements and carrying out forensic examinations,” he said.

Nadeemuddin’s family members have reportedly sent a plea to external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj, requesting her to help in their travel to London. Amjad Ullah Khan, spokesman of the Majlis Bachao Tehreek (MBT) party, has also appealed to the external affairs ministry to issue quick visas to the grieving family.
