Special AC jackets

The traffic police in Gurugram, Haryana, have been provided with special AC jackets. According to media reports, 13 zonal officers of the traffic police stationed at intersections have been given these air-cooling jackets for initial trial purposes. Each jacket weighs approximately three kilograms.

How to they work?

These air-cooling jackets provided to the traffic police in Gurugram, Haryana, contain ice pads and are also equipped with two fans. These components of the jacket help in maintaining coolness. Each jacket is connected with a power bank that operates effectively.

Effectiveness

The jackets are being seen as an innovative solution as they offer a temporary relief from the heat. They are effective but also come with some challenges.
