Shraddha Dhawan's unwavering determination, vision, and hard work serve as an inspiration to women aspiring to be self-reliant.
Shraddha Dhawan started her journey at the age of 11, assisting her differently-abled father who milked buffaloes and supplied milk to dairies. What began as a helping hand for her father has now transformed into a thriving business worth Rs. 1 crore, managed by Shraddha herself.
By the age of 13 or 14, Shraddha had mastered all aspects of the trade, from milking buffaloes to skillfully negotiating with vendors. Her business acumen was evident from a young age.
Now 24, Shraddha holds an M.Sc. in Physics and is the proud owner of Shraddha Farm, located in Nighoj village, Ahmednagar district, Maharashtra. Her farm houses 80 buffaloes.
Starting as a buffalo milk supplier, Shraddha gradually climbed the ladder of success. She reinvested her profits to expand her farm, which housed 45 buffaloes in 2017. She then shifted her focus to enhancing milk production.
Not stopping there, Shraddha ventured into vermicomposting, producing and selling approximately 30,000 kg of vermicompost per month under the brand name CS Agro Organics. She also established a biogas plant, utilizing buffalo dung to generate electricity, making her dairy farm waste-free.
Shraddha is eager to share her success story and expertise. She conducts online and offline training programs, generating an annual income of around Rs. 1 crore from her dairy farm, vermicomposting, and training classes.
Shraddha's unwavering determination, vision, and hard work undoubtedly serve as an inspiration to women aspiring to be self-reliant.
