India marches on under the principle of Atmanirbhar Bharat

Bengaluru: India is transforming and gaining a better position in the world.

When Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke in the Lok Sabha, he stressed on how India needs to emerge as a stronger player.

He underlined his point by noting that there was a mantra of cooperation and India has to follow the path of Atmanirbhar Bharat or self-reliant India.

To add to what PM Modi said, India has indeed put up a brave face during the corona crisis. Initially, there were some hiccups, but the country showed resilience and the will to take the bull by the horns.

Most importantly, India also used this adversity as an opportunity to showcase its talent. The most obvious development is how India developed corona vaccine and is now it has become a manufacturing hub for coronavirus vaccines. It has exported the vaccines to several different countries including Pakistan.

It was last year that Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced Atmanirbhar Bharat scheme.

India has steadfastly grown to exhibit its self-reliant nature.

What makes the vaccine development a pride for anyone is that India did not compromise on its own vaccine requirements while extending a hand of cooperation to other countries. Concomitantly, India became the first nation to inoculate 4 million people while Indian planes were landing on foreign lands, carrying the vaccines to help those citizens.

Under Modi, India has also seen a phenomenal move in the agricultural field. The markets were opened to private players, thus making the field even for everyone.

Though many have concerns, it should be noted that there are a lot many positive reviews – from International Monetary Fund to Israel to even the government from the United States.

India is certainly marching on. Certainly, Modi’s wish of Sabka Saath Sabka Vikaas and Sabka Vishwas is the guiding principle.
