Bengaluru: A staff member at the multinational company, Amazon, was accused of stealing electronic gadgets. Police suspect that six other people are involved in the crime.

The robbery came to light on May 17 (Friday), during a stock-check. Amazon authorities who scanned CCTV camera footage and discovered the truth filed a complaint with Siddapura police.

The complaint, filed by Amazon Transportation Services Pvt Ltd employee Jaskirat Singh Narula, accused Krishnan, the head of a warehouse facility of the e-commerce giant of stealing goods from the facility.

Based on the complaint police arrested Krishnan V, a resident of Manjunatha Nagar on Magadi Road, Bengaluru. Along with Krishnan, police suspect six other men, who reportedly worked in the Amazon regional branch in Arekempanahalli, near Lal Bagh, Bengaluru, of being involved in the crime.

Krishnan and the six other accused reportedly stole electronic gadgets and many other products that were stored in the area.
