Navy veteran Madan Sharma who was attacked by Shiv Sena goons has declared that he would be with BJP-RSS from now on
Bengaluru: Navy veteran Madan Sharma who was attacked by Shiv Sena goons has declared that he would be with BJP-RSS from now on.
He said in this regard, “From now on, I am with BJP-RSS. When I was beaten up, they had levelled allegations that I'm with BJP-RSS. So now I announce, that I am with BJP-RSS today onward.”
He made this statement after meeting Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari.
Earlier, in its mouthpiece Saamna, Shiv Sena had said, “Why didn’t Madan Sharma demand resignation from the Prime Minister, the President and the Defence Minister after 20 Army jawans were killed by Chinese troops at the LAC? The soldier inside him should have woken up even then.”
It further added, “You stay here, earn here and say whatever comes to your mind about the state leaders. But when someone thrashes you, you call it injustice and threat to freedom.”
Earlier, the navy veteran had said, "Uddhav Thackerayji, if you can't control law and order then resign, let the public decide which government can handle it. Those (assailants out on bail) are infuriated - hence I ask the CM to arrange for security to me and my family. Uddhav Thackerayji along with his party must apologise to the nation and ensure such an incident must not repeat.”
The anarchy unleased by Shiv Sena goons!
In the last few weeks, Shiv Sena has unleashed massive vindictiveness. The BMC, in which Shiv Sena has a majority, bulldozed the vandalised portions of Kangana Ranaut’s property in Mumbai.
Though the violation is punishable, the timing in which the demolition took place speaks volumes about the vengeance the party had unleashed.
At the same time, the BMC has given a time period of 7 days for another fashion designer to respond to notice for his building violation.
In another development, actor Nassar Abdulla had extended support to the Shiva Sena, saying it honoured women as it did not attack Kangana Ranaut, but had attacked the navy veteran.
