Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were recently blessed with a baby boy(via surrogacy) and here’s the meaning of Psalm West. We also tell you pronounce the name.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were recently blessed with a baby boy (via surrogacy). Kim took to her Instagram and Twitter to share the picture as well as the name of the baby. She tweeted, “He’s here and he’s perfect!” She later tweeted saying, “He’s also Chicago’s twin lol I’m sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her.”

Kim and Kanye already have three kids, two daughters Chicago and North, and a son named Saint.

Earlier in April, Kim had revealed that she initially wanted an Armenian name for their second son and later, she also stated how she may name him after her brother Rob Kardashian. She said on Jimmy Kimmel show, “I was truly thinking about just naming him Rob, after my brother Rob.”

But it turns out that Kim and Kanye have named their son Psalm West. Those familiar with Christian Bible may recognise the name from the book of psalms. By definition, Psalm is a sacred song or poem that is used for worship. The book of psalms is a compilation of King David’s songs and poems written to God.

Perhaps Kim and Kanye decided to name their son after Christian Bible because of their Sunday morning services. Kim and Kanye launched their outdoor devotional segments a few weeks ago to the delight of the masses online. Some revealed that they would only give Church another chance if Kanye was the leader. Others watch the segment of the service online every time Kim uploads them to her social media accounts.
