Sattu is an excellent choice to add protein in your daily diet. It is also abundant in fibre, magnesium, and iron. Here are four drink recipes made with Sattu. 
 

Sattu Sharbat

Blend together 3 spoons of Sattu and a glass of water. Mix half a spoon of mango powder and a small amount of cumin powder. For more flavour, you can also add mint and coriander leaves. Add salt to taste and half teaspoon of coconut sugar. Your drink is ready!

Lemon Mint Sattu Drink

Add 2 spoons of Sattu to a glass of water. Add black salt, mint leaves, cumin powder, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Blend all the ingredients together. Garnish with lemon slices before serving. 

Cucumber Sattu Drink

Blend together chopped cucumber, mint leaves, cumin powder, chaat masala, cold water, and Sattu. Add salt and black pepper to taste and serve. 

Sattu Chia Seeds Drink

Prepare a mixture of Sattu, water, black salt, and chaat masala. Add coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds to the mixture. Then, add curd and pre-soaked chia seeds to it. Blend everything together. Enjoy!
