Fatty fish

Fatty fishes such as mackerel, salmon, and tuna are rich in vitamin D and must be consumed by people with vitamin D deficiency. 

Egg yolk

Eggs especially, the egg yolk are loaded with vitamin D. Including eggs to your diet can be an easy way to consume vitamin D.
