Netflix's Kota Factory Season 3: Top 3 Financial Lessons from the Show

Kota Factory Season 3 is currently ruling the charts on Netflix. The black-and-white show represents the lives and challenges of competitive exam aspirants and how the system is just churning out 'topper' without caring about lives or mental peace. However, there are also other lessons that can be taken from the show. Here are key money lessons from the show to help you become 'top' in investing.

Know you 'Whys' and 'Hows'

Jeetu Bhaiya has taught the students in the class to solve questions with step-by-step explanations during practice to understand them properly. However, when it comes to the main exam, do not waste time and do mental calculations to pick the right answer. Similarly, when investing, make sure you do your homework and do thorough research before investing your hard-earned money. And with that research and experience, you become knowledgeable enough to explain to others how to invest and what to do if someone asks for advice.

Look for your own guide

In the series, when Vartika asks Vaibhav for help with a physics problem she is struggling with, he makes her feel small and dismisses her problem. Similarly, no matter what you and others invest in, treat them all equally with respect. Try to look for mentor or a guide who won't dismiss your queries but rather explain them to you and help you make better investments.

No one is perfect

Just like Jeetu Bhaiya and his arc of self-realization and discovery after the death of a student, many people also take time to get out of their old ways and adopt change when it comes to finance and banking. It can be a difficult step to take; however, it might help you in the long run, but make sure you research extensively before investing your money anywhere.
