However, taking all of these snacks on a regular basis can be detrimental to one's health, particularly for those attempting to lose weight. 

Do not worry, there is a technique to satisfy these mid-afternoon desires without consuming too many calories. Pair your cup of evening chai with these low-calorie, oil-free nibbles to satisfy your munchie needs.

1. Oats Chivda: In terms of health, oats require no introduction. With oats' numerous benefits, we've compiled a meal that combines health and flavor.
