Ingredients:

4-5 dried figs (anjeer), soaked in water overnight
10-12 almonds, blanched and peeled
2 cups chilled milk (dairy or non-dairy)
2 tablespoons sugar 
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
Ice cubes 
Chopped nuts for garnish 

Instructions:

1. Soak the dried figs overnight in enough water to cover them completely. This softens the figs and makes them easier to blend.

2. In the morning, drain the soaked figs and discard the soaking water. Rinse them once under cold water to remove any impurities.

3. In a blender, add the soaked figs, blanched almonds, chilled milk, honey or sugar, and cardamom powder.

4. On high speed, blend the mixture until it becomes creamy and smooth. A few ice cubes can be added before blending if you would like a thicker consistency.

5. Once the milkshake reaches your desired consistency, taste and adjust the sweetness according to your preference by adding more honey or sugar if needed.

6. Pour the Anjeer Badam Milkshake into serving glasses.
