Bubble tea, also known as boba tea, is a beloved drink around the world for its refreshing taste and tapioca pearls. While visiting a bubble tea shop is always a treat, why not try making this delicious drink in the comfort of your own home? Here is an incredibly simple recipe for you.

Ingredients you are going to need:

•    Tea bags or loose-leaf tea (black, green, or herbal)
•    Tapioca pearls (also known as boba)
•    Sweetener (sugar, honey, or syrup)
•    Milk
•    Optional- fruit syrups for added flavour
•    Ice cubes

Follow these simple instructions:

Step 1- Boil water in a pot and add tea of your choice.

Step 2- Add sweetener to taste while the tea is still hot. Keep stirring.

Step 3- Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.

Step 4- Meanwhile, cook the tapioca pearls. Boil water in a pot and add tapioca pearls.

Step 5- Stir gently to prevent sticking and cook for about 15 minutes or until the pearls are soft and chewy.

Step 6- Once cooked, drain the pearls and rinse them under cold water to prevent them from sticking together.

Step 7- Add milk and sweetener of your preference.

Step 8- For a creamy texture, you can also use condensed milk.

Step 9- Take a glass and add a spoonful of cooked tapioca pearls.

Step 10- Pour the chilled tea over the pearls, leaving room for ice.

Step 11- Add ice cubes and then the milk mixture.

Step 12- For added flavour, you can also consider adding fruit syrups or extracts.

Step 13- Use a long spoon or bubble tea straw to mix the ingredients together.

Step 14- Your bubble tea is ready to be served! Enjoy!
