Instructions:

1. Prepare the Peanuts:
   Start by placing the dry roasted peanuts in a food processor or high-speed blender. If you prefer, you can roast raw peanuts in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes until lightly golden and aromatic, then let them cool before proceeding.

2. Blend Until Smooth:
   Turn on the food processor and blend the peanuts continuously for 1-2 minutes. Initially, the peanuts will break down into a coarse powder. Scrape down the sides of the processor bowl with a spatula to ensure even blending.

3. Add Oil (if desired):
   If you prefer a creamier peanut butter, add 1-2 tablespoons of peanut oil or any neutral-flavored oil like vegetable oil or coconut oil. Blend further until the mixture achieves the consistency you prefer. The longer you blend, the smoother the peanut butter will become.

4. Sweeten (if desired):

5. Adjust Texture and Flavor:
