Ingredients
• 4 to 5 drumsticks
• ½ tablespoon of turmeric powder
• ½ tablespoon of red chilli powder
• Finely c ginger, garlic, and green chilli
• 1 tablespoon coriander powder
• Salt to taste
• Oregano
• Cumin
• Wheat flour
Follow these steps
• Wash the drumsticks thoroughly. In a pressure cook, cook them with half a cup of water for 2 whistles.
• Once cooked, allow the drumsticks to cool down. Then, mash them and strain the pulp. You can add a little water for the straining process.
• Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, finely chopped ginger, garlic, and green chillies, coriander powder, salt to taste, oregano and cumin.
• Mix well and add the drumstick pulp into the flour mixture. Knead the dough well.
• Add some water if required. Allow the dough to rest for 15 minutes.
• Take a pan and grease it with some ghee or vegetable oil. Make the parathas as you normally make them.
• Enjoy! Your drumstick parathas are ready!
