Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
1 cup rolled oats
2 cups of milk
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
A little salt
Topping of your choice

Instructions:
Prepare the bananas:
Peel the bananas and mash them in a mixing bowl until smooth.

Combine ingredients: Add the rolled oats, milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon (if using), and a pinch of salt to the mashed bananas.

Cook: Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens and the oats are cooked through. This usually takes about 5-7 minutes.

Adjust sweetness: Taste the pudding and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.

Serve: Once the pudding reaches your desired consistency, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly. Then, divide the pudding into serving bowls.

Add toppings: Garnish the pudding with your favorite toppings, such as sliced bananas, chopped nuts, a sprinkle of cinnamon, or a drizzle of honey.

Chill: You can serve the pudding warm or chill it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours if you prefer it cold.

Enjoy: Serve your homemade banana oats pudding and enjoy it as a delicious and nutritious breakfast, snack, or dessert.
