We often worry about having a nutritious dish with milk, but be careful don't have any of these five things with milk. These are some undesirable meal combinations that should not be combined with milk.

Some people prefer their milk hot or cold, while others prefer it with chocolate added, and yet others drink it with a banana to gain weight. Milk can be consumed in a variety of ways, both during the day and at night.

Generally, you blend two or more ingredients to boost your food's flavor and nutritional content. However, because they require different amounts of time and physiological conditions to digest, some foods must be ingested separately.

The meal combinations on the following list should be avoided since they may negatively affect your health.

1.Milk and Bananas
It has long been believed that milk and bananas are a healthy pairing. It's time for you to wait and quit if you've also been combining milk and banana. The combination of milk and banana is heavy and takes a long time to digest. You will also feel fatigued.

2. Fish and Milk
Many of us have heard about this before and have really done it. Although both of these foods have a pleasant taste, Ayurvedic principles state that they differ in potency. Fish is hot and milk is cold, which alters blood flow. As a result, they shouldn't be eaten together.

3. Tulsi and Milk
We all use this religiously to treat coughs and colds. However, Ayurveda advises that you should give yourself at least thirty minutes apart from each other.

4. Melons and Milk
Consuming milk combined with a lot of fruit can be detrimental to your health. You're not mixing the super-healthy milk with the super-healthy fruit, despite what you may think.

5. Sour food and Milk
Never combine milk with citrus or acidic foods. Not even vitamin C-rich fruits belong in the same meal as milk.  This harms your health and encourages heartburn and gas. Moreover, allergies, rashes, coughing, congestion, and colds may result from it.
