Villain: Badshah's first Bengali song is out, gets mixed review from netizens

Bollywood rapper Badshah's Bengali song from Villain features Ankush, Mimi Chakraborty and Rittika Sen.

Popular Bollywood rapper Badshah made his Tollywood debut with the song Bholey Baba in the movie Villain. 

The teaser of the song, which was released on September 23 had already been trending at #1 on YouTube India in less than 12 hours. And now when the song is out, Bengali music lovers can't get over it. Within 12 hours, the video clocks 8.3lakh views. It is said that the song will be one of the most-played numbers in parties, clubs and get-togethers.

In an interview with Times Of India, Badshah said, "It was an absolute pleasure working on my first-ever Bengali song. Bhole Baba Paar Karega will definitely be your jam this season. And I hope Kolkata likes my Tollywood debut,” he told us.

Subhadeep Mitra composed the music and this was penned by Sanjib Tewari. The female singer is Nikhita Gandhi.

The movie is all set to release this year during Durga puja, along with Srijit Mukherji's Ek Je Chilo Raja starring Jisshu Sengupta, Byomkesh Gowtro, which has Abir Chatterjee in the titular role, Anindya Chatterjee's Manojder Advut Bari, Kaushik Ganguly's next Kishore Kumar Junior featuring none other than Prosenjit Chatterjee, and Dev's comedy venture Hoichoi Unlimited.

Baba Yadav is the director of Villain, and he has also choreographed a song in this movie. That's not all. He plays cameo where he matches his moves with Ankush.
