Top 5 'Holi Vibes' movies to watch during the Holi weekend

One of the most important Hindu holidays, Holi, is on March 25 this year. Those who choose to spend this Holi at home can enjoy some of the greatest films and have a fantastic weekend. 

Bollywood has also made a big contribution to Holi, as people throughout the nation revel in the festival's vibrancy and savor some delectable cuisine. Over the years, a variety of Holi scenes, whether tragic, joyful, or romantic, have been shown in Hindi films. Bollywood music is also a necessary part of any Holi celebration. 
However, certain highly important cinematic scenes have defined the plot of the film. You can watch the following films in just one sitting:

1. Sholay: 
A classic Bollywood movie with a stellar cast is The Sholay. Watching this movie with loved ones and friends is fantastic. Watch this film if you're looking for drama, humor, romance, friendship, and sorrow all rolled into one. 

2. Mohabbatein:
Everyone's favorite love film, this one of Shah Rukh Khan's most memorable productions, is full of beautiful scenes and catchy melodies. In one of the sequences, Raj (SRK) attempted to appease Narayan Shankar (Amitabh Bachchan), the rigorous principal, by applying a small amount of gulal (teeka) on his forehead in exchange for permission to let the students play Holi. It's regarded as one of the cutest parts of the movie when he lets Raj apply the gulal, which represents his acceptance.

3. Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani:
Fans of this film include Millennials and Generation Z. If you're feeling nostalgic and want to reminisce about your college days and your friends, watch this film. 

4. Ram Leela:
It's worth seeing the movie "Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela" on Holi. The film is based in Gujarat and depicts the continuous competition between the two families as well as a blossoming love story that takes place in the shadow of this rivalry. 

5. Padmaavat: 
In one specific scene, the lovely on-screen connection between actors Shahid Kapoor and Deepika Padukone really shined. The moment takes place in the song "Holi," where Queen Padmavati (Deepika Padukone) applies gulaal to her loving king while Ratan Singh (Shahid Kapoor) is seated on a swing.
