Tanushree Dutta's glamorous poster has been doing the rounds on social media, which was being subject to criticisms by netizens. But, it has a different story to tell.

Tanushree Dutta's glamorous poster, which is going viral is now raising many eyebrows, but the truth is contrary to what many believe.

The poster shows that Tanushree wants to make a comeback in the showbiz, and her #MeToo initiative was only to gain enough publicity.

The actor has been grabbing the headlines pan India since last month when she made allegations of sexual harassment against Nana Patekar, which initiated a massive #MeToo movement in the country. Many said it was a publicity stunt to enter the showbiz or to be part of India's biggest reality show named Bigg Boss, and many supported her in the fight too.

Currently, a poster with Tanushree's earlier sensuous avatar is being shared on social media. The poster says, "Tanushree Dutta – for show booking and business enquiry.”

After its release, many started sharing it with lambasting words and hashtag #CheaToo.

Take a look at some of those tweets:

Brilliant, 'Habitual opportunistic liar No. 1' told 'Habitual opportunistic liar No. 2' that she won't do something & then she did. That's whole cabal in a nutshell. pic.twitter.com/o4FNxYUZRjhttps://t.co/pjJA4y1NTr

Just day before, Tanushree categorically told Rajdeep in an interview when he asked if this is all to comeback in Bollywood that “I am in spiritual space and there is now way I am going to ever work in Bollywood... I am too evolved for that”. What a shame! pic.twitter.com/JmxnHs1V4f

However, the truth is something different. According to a website, PR agency said that the poster is from an old event, which was based on women empowerment. The event has already happened some time ago, and it has nothing to do with showbiz."

The agency also said, "We are basically artist management company and we do PR also. The event was on women empowerment, and Tanushree was there for a speech on the issue."

This is very disturbing and shows that how social media has been misused to destroy a woman's image or characteristic. It also indicates social media can spread fake news and lies, the agency said.
