Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh kicked off wedding preparations with the haldi ceremony. The actor will tie the knot with his girlfriend of six years, Deepika Padukone, on November 14 and 15.
The pre-wedding ceremonies of Bollywood actors Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone began with a Nandi puja at the latter's residence in Bengaluru on Friday, November 2 where the actress wore yellow dress accessories with gold jewellery. And now, the pictures of groom-to-be Ranveer, enjoying what appears to be the pre-wedding haldi ceremony, have surfaced on the Internet.
In the pictures, Ranveer is seen enjoying and clicking selfies with his friends and family members. He is wearing a white kurta in the images, with his face and arms unmistakably coated with ‘haldi’.
Ranveer can be seen posing with a close friend, mentor, casting director Shanoo Sharma at his house. In the photos, which have now gone viral, we can see Ranveer's house all decked up with marigold flowers.
Meanwhile, Deepika, who had flown down to Bengaluru for the pre-wedding puja, arrived in Mumbai on Saturday, November 3.
Deepika and Ranveer's love story began on the sets of 'Goliyon Ki Leela Ramleela' and after six years of dating, the couple is ready to settle down into marital bliss.
