The news of Adah's purported acquisition of the property stirred considerable interest among fans and the public in August, given its association with Sushant Singh Rajput, who tragically passed away in June 2020.
In a recent interview with Siddharth Kanan, Adah Sharma addressed the speculation surrounding her potential ownership of the Mont Blanc Apartments. She emphasized her preference for privacy and expressed discomfort with the intense media scrutiny she faced when visiting the property. Adah asserted, "For now, I would just like to say that I live in everyone’s hearts. There is a right time to speak." Her remarks underscored her desire to maintain a private life despite her public persona as a Bollywood actress.

It was listed online by real estate agent Rafique Merchant in December 2022, attracting potential renters or buyers.
Sushant Singh Rajput purportedly rented the luxurious duplex in December 2019 for a monthly sum of 4.5 lakh rupees. The apartment features a sprawling layout with a spacious hall on the lower floor and three bedrooms on the upper level.
