There seems to be no end to Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan's troubles. Last month, his sister Sunaina Roshan spoke of how her family mistreated her when they got to know about her relationship with a Muslim. This, while he continues to be caught up in a controversy with Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli.

One would think that his problems would die down, but they refuse to. Hrithik has now found himself stuck in a cheating case registered by Hyderabad Police.

According to reports, a gym user has filed a complaint against Hrithik and three other officials of Cult.Fit Healthcare Private Limited on charges of cheating and criminal breach of trust.

The complainant, Shashikanth, says that the popular fitness centre enrolled more people than it could accommodate, and later, failed to provide slots as promised at the time of registration. He also claimed that after objecting against this practice he was barred from using their app to book slots.

Inspector K Laxmi Narayana, who was quoted by a news agency, said that the police lodged the complaint last month, after the complainant, Shahsikanth, was allegedly not allotted workout classes after paying a fee of Rs 17,490 in December last year. The centre offered weight loss packages for Rs 17,490 to Rs 36,400 for one year when the centre was launched.

A daily reported that Shashikanth complained that he was not given proper training as promised by the company in its advertisements and has accused the directors of the company and its ambassador, actor Hrithik Roshan of cheating.

Reportedly, a case has been registered under sections 406 and 420 of the IPC against the actor and three directors; Mukesh Bansal, Ankit Nagori and Shanmugavel Mani Subbaiah. An investigation is underway.

Hrithik is currently busy with promotions of his film Super 30, which is set to hit theatres on July 12. The film chronicles the life story of Anand Kumar, an Indian mathematician who quit his job as a teacher in a top coaching centre attended by affluent students, to dedicate his time into teaching underprivileged children.
