PC earned acclaim over three seasons as Alex Parrish on ABC’s show Quantico, making history as the first Indian actor to star as the lead of a TV drama series, and winning two consecutive People’s Choice Awards for the role, again making history as the first Indian actor to win the award.

TIME magazine

She was featured on the cover of TIME magazine’s coveted TIME 100 issue as one of the Most Influential People in the world, and listed by Forbes as one of the World’s 100 Most Powerful Women.

UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador

She is a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, a United Nations Foundation Girl Up Champion, and is involved in a number of efforts to protect children’s rights and promote the education of girls.

PC made her sensational music debut on the international scene with In My City in 2012— the song also featured Will.i.am.

Jimmy Fallon show

She gave a sneak peek into her competitive side when she was invited to the Jimmy Fallon show where Jimmy had lined up a spicy, chicken wings eating competition for her. Her wit and humour made her trend for days.

White House Correspondents' dinner

The actor was invited to the White House Correspondents' dinner, Barack Obama's last one in office. 

Quantico debacle 

Priyanka was forced to apologise after a Quantico episode showed Indians as terrorists. “I’m a proud Indian and that will never change,” she wrote to her 23 mn followers on Twitter.

Baywatch

She bagged a prime role in the movie adaptation of TV series Baywatch, opposite Dwayne Johnson.

Relationship with Nick Jonas

Most recently, the paparazzi has been doting on her romance with American singer Nick Jonas. According to reports, Nick and Priyanka are set to get engaged. 
‘I have always been a private person; I’ve never spoken about my feelings during my journey but I am ready to do so now.’

Priyanka is currently filming the third and final season of Quantico. After this, she'll return to India for Ali Abbas Zafar's Bharat, co-starring Salman Khan.
