Dear Comrade hits theatres; Vijay Devarakonda takes to Twitter to promote movie

Vijay Devarakonda’s Telugu movie Dear Comrade has released in theatres today (July 26). The movie was simultaneously shot in four languages -- Tamil, Kannada, Telugu and Malayalam.
 

Bharat Kamma’s Telugu movie Dear Comrade starring Vijay Devarakonda hit theatres today (July 26). The 2hr 21min movie is a romantic action drama. While the director himself has written the script and dialogues for the film, it has been produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Yash Rangineni.

The movie was simultaneously made in four languages including Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.

On the eve of the movie’s release, Devarakonda took to Twitter to share his excitement with his followers. He tweeted, “Tomorrow - the world will see Lilly and Bobby's heart warming journey.

The actor took to the social media platform this morning to ask his followers to “go and experience the emotions, relationships, journey and growth of these two young people - Bobby and Lilly.” He shared a snap of the two characters from the movie as well.

The other cast members include Rashmika Mandanna, who plays the role of Lilly in the movie and Shruti Ramachandran, who portrays Jaya’s role. Justin Prabhakaran has done the music production for the movie.

Vijay Devarakonda, who acted in the superhit movie Arjun Reddy, was last seen in the movie Taxiwaala, in which he played the role of Shiva.
