Television actor Vahbiz Dorabjee finally breaks her silence about her much-publicised divorce with Vivian Dsena and the rumours about the alimony amount.
Mumbai: Once the television industry's golden couple, Vahbiz Dorabjee and Vivian Dsena, headed for splitsville in 2016. However, the buzz around their divorce and the alimony sum refuses to die down much to Dorabjee irritation.
Responding to allegations that their divorce is getting delayed due to never-ending discussions over alimony sum, reportedly worth Rs 2 crore, Dorabjee told Times of India, "There's not much truth about the rumour of alimony. Yes, the divorce is not through and there are reasons for it. The matter is in court and I don't want to disrespect it. People talk about women empowerment. So many celebrity divorces have happened I don't understand why nobody questioned them. Am I the only celebrity who is getting divorced or has asked for alimony. Didn't they belong to affluent or well-to-do families? Why no one questioned them. Can't I think about my security and well-being? Don't I have emotions?"
