In a short period of time, actress Alia Bhatt became well-known and was able to rank among the top five Indian actresses. On this day of her birthday, let's examine the movies that she turned down for a variety of reasons.

With her major Bollywood debut in Karan Johar's "Student of the Year," costarring Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra, Alia Bhatt has established herself as a formidable figure in the movie world. Without a doubt, she is among the most in-demand Bollywood actors.

Even though she has starred in a number of successful movies, like "Highway," "Udta Punjab," "Darlings," "Raazi," "Gangubai Kathiawadi," and many more, she has also turned down a good number of movies throughout her career, listed here:

1. Shershaah:
The character played by Kiara Advani was previously offered to Alia Bhatt, but she declined the movie because of scheduling issues. The movie, centered around the life of Vikram Batra, Shershaah, amazed audiences.

2. Thugs of Hindostan:
Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif, and Amitabh Bachchan are among the star-studded cast members of Vijay Krishna Acharya's period action-adventure movie. According to reports, Alia Bhatt rejected a part in the movie for unspecified reasons.

3. Raabta:
The romantic action film "Raabta," starring Sushant Singh Rajput alongside Alia Bhatt, was offered the part. She turned down the offer, though, and Kriti Sanon, who would play the character in the movie, was then offered the part.

4. Golmaal Again:
According to reports, Alia Bhatt received an offer to star in Rohit Shetty's wildly popular Golmaal sequel. An offer to star in Golmaal Again, the fourth installment of the film series, was made to Alia. For undisclosed reasons, the actress later declined the assignment. Therefore, Parineeti Chopra was then offered a position by Rohit Shetty.

5. Saaho:
In the beginning, Alia Bhatt and Prabhas were supposed to star in "Saaho." But she left the project because she was worried about how much time she would spend on screen. According to reports, she turned down the part because it did not provide the screen time she had hoped for. The role was then extended to Shraddha Kapoor.

6. Neerja:
The lead part in the 2016 biographical thriller "Neerja," which was originally offered to Alia Bhatt, was eventually replaced. It has been said that the producers thought her height was inappropriate for the role. Sonam Kapoor subsequently won multiple awards for her performance in the movie and garnered a great deal of praise.
