Chennai: Out of 83 million first-time voters who are estimated to exercise their right to vote in the 2019 elections, 15 million voters are between the ages of 18-19.
A video has been dedicated to all first-time voters and also featured India’s first transgender lawyer, Sathyasri Sharmila among others. Making an unbiased appeal, the participants encourage the audience to vote.
It has been brought out in English to ensure pan India resonance.
