World Cup 2019: INOX to show India matches live on cinema screens in 12 cities

INOX is providing stadium-like experience for fans as they can watch India's all nine league matches of ICC World Cup 2019 live on cinema screens in 12 cities including New Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru. India's first World Cup match is on June 5 against South Africa

Mumbai: INOX Leisure Ltd (INOX) is all set to offer an unprecedented stadium-like experience to India’s cricket fans with the screening of live matches of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 on cinema screens.

The 12th edition of the World Cup hosted by England and Wales, will be played from May 30 to July 14.

“Being the only multiplex operator in the country to screen live matches of ICC Cricket World Cup, INOX will showcase all the nine league matches to be played by India, along with the semi-finals, final and few marquee league matches,” INOX said in a press release.

India’s opening World Cup match is on June 5 against South Africa. The most-awaited clash against Pakistan is on June 16 (Sunday). India’s all nine league matches will start at 3 pm IST (10.30 am local).

INOX will screen the live matches at multiplexes in Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Pune, Jaipur, Indore, Vadodara, Surat, Noida, Gurgaon and Faridabad.
