Vizianagaram (Andhra Pradesh): Captain Manish Pandey blazed his way to an unbeaten 129 off 54 and Shreyas Gopal took five wickets as Karnataka thrashed Services by 80 runs in a Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy Twenty20 match in Vizianagaram on Tuesday (November 12).
After posting a mammoth 250/3 in 20 overs, Karnataka restricted Services to 170/7 in 20 overs. Gopal took 5/19 in four overs. Ravi Chauhan top-scored for Services with 54.

Earlier, sent to bat first, Karnataka batsmen made merry. Pandey, who was part of the Indian T20I team that won the series 2-1 against Bangladesh on Sunday (November 10), blasted 12 fours and 10 sixes in his century.

After four games, Karnataka sit on top of the table in Group A with 12 points. They have won three and lost one, to Baroda, who are placed second with 12 points.
