Indian cricketers interact with IAF’s Surya Kiran aerobatic team in Nagpur

Nagpur: Indian cricketer spent time with the members of the Surya Kiran aerobatic team of the Indian Air Force (IAF) on Saturday (November 9) in Nagpur.

India will face Bangladesh in the third and final T20I of the ongoing series on Sunday (November 10). Ahead of the match, players and head coach Ravi Shastri met Surya Kiran team at the Vidarbha Cricket Association (VCA) Stadium in Nagpur.

The official Twitter handle of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) tweeted pictures.

Shikhar Dhawan, Rishabh Pant, and Manish Pandey spent time with the Suryakiran Aerobatic Team and clicked photographs with them.

A souvenir was also presented to Shastri by the aerobatic squad. The pilots were in Nagpur for the 'Air Fest 2019'.

Shastri too tweeted pictures of the same. “An absolute honour to catchup with @Suryakiran_IAF  team in Nagpur.  @IAF_MCC  Jai Hind! #SuryaKiran 🇮🇳🙏 - @RishabhPant17  @SDhawan25,” he wrote.

India has levelled the three-match series by winning the second T20I match by eight wickets after losing the first game by seven wickets.

After the T20Is, the teams will play two Tests with the second contest being a day/night affair at Kolkata’s Eden Gardens.
