Four Indian companies have achieved global recognition by securing spots on the prestigious list of the 100 most valuable brands worldwide. According to the Kantar BrandZ Most Valuable Global Brands Report, Apple leads the pack, while Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), HDFC Bank, Airtel, and Infosys have also made significant strides.

In the latest rankings, TCS stands out as the 46th most valuable global brand, with an estimated worth of approximately $44.8 billion. Following closely behind is HDFC Bank, securing the 47th position with a brand value of around $43.3 billion.

Airtel holds the 73rd spot with a brand value of approximately $25.3 billion, while Infosys follows closely behind in 74th place, with a brand value of around $24.7 billion. The collective brand value of all Indian brands featured in the Top 100 list exceeds $130 billion.

In the previous year's rankings, TCS held the 42nd position, followed by HDFC Bank (56), Infosys (66), and Airtel (76). Meanwhile, globally, Apple continues its dominance as the most valuable brand for the third consecutive year, being the first brand ever to surpass $1 trillion in value.

Following Apple is Google in second place, with a total brand value of around $753.5 billion, followed by Microsoft in third place with a brand value of $712.9 billion. Amazon and McDonald's round up the top five positions.

Notably, NVIDIA experienced a significant leap, moving up 18 places and registering the highest brand value increase of 178%, securing the sixth position with a total brand value of around $201.8 billion.

Among the top 10 brands are Visa, Facebook, Oracle, and Tencent. This year, the list welcomes five newcomers, including Lululemon and Corona.

The report underscores the rapid growth of the business technology and services platforms category, which saw a 45% increase in total value, driven partly by excitement surrounding advanced artificial intelligence (AI). Overall, the total value of the Kantar BrandZ Top 100 Most Valuable Global Brands has surged by 20% this year, marking a significant rebound from the previous year's market downturn. The report is based on insights gathered from over 4.3 million respondents and covers approximately 21,000 brands across 532 categories.
