Why Kangana Ranaut Missed Anant Ambani's Wedding
In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Kangana Ranaut claimed that Anant Ambani personally called her to invite her to his wedding. However, she couldn't attend and had already informed Anant Ambani about the reason over the phone. According to Kangana, "I received a call from Anant Ambani, and he is a very good boy. He said to me, 'Come to my wedding.' I said, 'There's a wedding at my house.' It was a very auspicious day, and my younger brother was getting married."
Kangana Ranaut Avoids Film Industry Weddings
The actress and BJP MP from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, Kangana Ranaut, also claimed in the same conversation that she generally avoids attending film industry weddings. She said, "Well, I generally avoid going to too many film weddings."
Kangana Ranaut Busy Promoting 'Emergency'
Kangana Ranaut is currently busy promoting her upcoming film 'Emergency.' In this film, she not only plays the lead role but is also the director and producer. She has made this film under her banner, Manikarnika Films. The film's story revolves around the Emergency imposed in the country by then-Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in the 1970s, and Kangana is playing the role of Indira Gandhi. Apart from Kangana, the film also stars Anupam Kher, Shreyas Talpade, Milind Soman, and Mahima Chaudhry in pivotal roles. The film is scheduled to release in theaters on September 6.
