Laksh's television debut
Laksh first appeared in the audition of Roadies XI. He participated in the audition with his friend but looking at the crowd, he wanted to return back. A man from the production team called him inside. Then he met the film producer Vikas Gupta who advised him to audition for his second show. The next day, he received a call from Vikas, who auditioned him and offered him a role in a TV serial.
Laksh never thought of becoming an actor until he got his first role in the TV serial 'Yoddha Uchh'.
Laksh's lead role in 'Porus'
He gained immense popularity after playing the role of 'Porus'. It was television period drama under the productions of Sony Entertainment. The show was made on a massive budget of Rs 500 crore.

Laksh took special training for his show ‘Porus’. Laksh learned rowing, fencing and horse riding to make his character more convincing.
Once, he got seriously injured during the shooting of ‘Porus’ and started bleeding. However, he was dedicated towards his work and continued shooting without taking a break.

In the year 2019, Karan Johar announced the news of casting him in the Bollywood film ‘Dostana 2’ as the second lead. After going through a rigorous selection process, he attended auditions and photoshoots, following which Laksh was selected for the role.
During the same time, he signed a four-film contract with Dharma Productions.

Laksh made his film debut with 'Kill,' which released in the theatres in July 2024, earning him immense praise from both the critics and audience.
He will be seen in Karan Johar’s movie ‘Bedhadak.' The film is set to hit the theatres in December 2024.
