Vaccinated individuals can now get access to their vaccination certificate through the MyGov Corona Helpdesk in three simple steps.

Do you know that you can now get your vaccination certificate in a matter of seconds?

Yes, it is true. Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya on Sunday took to Twitter to announce that the government had further revolutionalised the common man's life through technology.

He informed that vaccinated individuals could now get access to their vaccination certificate through the MyGov Corona Helpdesk in three simple steps.

All you need is the phone number provided by you while registering for a Coronavirus vaccine shot and a WhatsApp application on your device.

Step 1: Save the contact number: +919013151515

Step 2: Go to WhatsApp. Select the number. Type covid certificate in the chatbox and press send.

Step 3: You will receive a one-time password as an SMS. Enter the OTP to get the vaccination certificate.

Previously, the certificates were only available via the Aarogya Setu app or through the CoWIN portal. Often people faced technical issues while downloading the certificate.

That seems to have been rectified now.

Many, including Opposition leaders and business tycoon Gautam Adani, welcomed the rollout of the easier mode of getting access to vaccination certificates.
